Refund & Return Policy

1. Campaign Cancellation

Requests for campaign cancellation must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled launch date.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable for services that have not yet entered the printing or deployment phase. Once a vehicle has been branded, refunds cannot be issued for material costs.

3. Service Modifications

Modifications to an active campaign may incur additional charges depending on the scope of changes required.

4. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding service quality will be handled by our audit team within 48 hours of reporting.
